1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which GEO Visibility (“we,” “us,” or “our”) issues refunds for purchases made through the Platform. By purchasing any product or service, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before making a purchase.
2. Free AI Visibility Snapshot
The Free AI Visibility Snapshot is provided at no cost. Since no payment is collected, no refund is applicable. You may request deletion of your data and snapshot at any time by contacting us, but no financial transaction is involved.
3. Automated Reports (One-Time Purchases)
All one-time purchased reports — including the AI Visibility Audit (Starter, Standard, and Pro tiers) — are automated digital products. Because the report is generated and delivered immediately upon purchase (or within a short processing window),all sales of automated reports are final and non-refundable once the report has been delivered.
A report is considered “delivered” when it is made available for download through the Platform or sent to the email address you provided during checkout. If you encounter a technical issue that prevents you from accessing or viewing your report, please contact us at support@geovisibility.com within 7 days of purchase. We will work to resolve the issue, including re-delivering the report or providing it in an alternative format. If we are unable to resolve the technical issue, we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund or credit.
Change of mind, dissatisfaction with results, or inability to use the report for your intended purpose do not qualify for a refund for automated reports. We encourage you to review the sample reports and feature descriptions available on the Platform before making a purchase to ensure the report meets your needs.
4. Sprint and Monthly Services (Recurring Subscriptions)
For our recurring service plans — including the Citation Gap Sprint, Monthly GEO Growth, and Monthly GEO Pro — we offer a 14-day cancellation policy for new customers.
New customers who purchase a Sprint or Monthly subscription for the first time may cancel within 14 days of the initial purchase date and receive a full refund of the first payment. To cancel within this window, you must notify us by email at support@geovisibility.com or through the Platform before the 14-day period expires. Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of the cancellation request.
After the 14-day cancellation window, or for renewal payments andrepeat customers, all subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges, but no refund or credit will be issued for the current billing period.
To cancel a subscription after the 14-day window, please contact us at support@geovisibility.com or use any cancellation mechanism provided through the Platform. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund where applicable under this policy, please email us at support@geovisibility.com with the following information:
- The email address used to make the purchase.
- The order number or transaction ID (if available).
- A brief description of the reason for the refund request.
- Any relevant supporting information (e.g., description of technical issue).
We will review your request and respond within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method (Alipay or WorldFirst) and may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's processing times.
6. Exceptions
The following are general guidelines, and we reserve the right to assess refund requests on a case-by-case basis. In exceptional circumstances — such as duplicate charges, technical errors on our part that result in a failure to deliver the purchased service, or confirmed billing errors — we may, at our sole discretion, issue a refund outside the terms described above. This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify or update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Your continued use of the Service or purchase of any product after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
