Terms of Service

GEO Visibility (the “Service” or “Platform”) provides automated generative engine optimization (GEO) reports, competitive intelligence, citation gap analysis, AI visibility audits, and related digital marketing services. The Service is offered in several tiers, including a free AI visibility snapshot, one-time paid reports (Starter, Audit, Audit Pro), and recurring subscription services (Citation Gap Sprint, Monthly GEO Growth, Monthly GEO Pro). All reports and analyses are generated through automated processes and are delivered digitally through the Platform or via email.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the full authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. If you are accessing the Service on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

You may be required to create an account to access certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.

Certain features of the Service are subject to payment. All fees are quoted in United States Dollars (USD) and are non-negotiable unless otherwise stated. We accept payment through Alipay and WorldFirst. No credit card or Stripe payment method is required. Payments are processed by our third-party payment partners, and we do not store your full payment credentials on our servers.

One-time report purchases are charged in full at the time of purchase. Recurring subscription services (Citation Gap Sprint, Monthly GEO Growth, Monthly GEO Pro) are billed on a recurring basis at the frequency selected during checkout (monthly or as otherwise agreed). By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until the subscription is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

You are responsible for providing accurate payment information. If a payment is not successfully processed due to insufficient funds, expired payment method, or any other reason, we may suspend or terminate access to the paid features until payment is successfully completed. Late payments may incur additional fees as permitted by applicable law.

All reports, analyses, visibility scores, and recommendations provided through the Service are generated automatically by software systems. These outputs are based on structured prompts submitted to third-party AI platforms and publicly available data sources. While we strive for accuracy and consistency, the automated nature of these reports means they may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You acknowledge and agree that the reports are provided as informational tools and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions without independent verification.

GEO Visibility makes no guarantees, express or implied, regarding: (a) any specific improvement in your brand's visibility, citation frequency, ranking, or recommendation rate on any AI platform or search engine; (b) the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any report or analysis; (c) the effectiveness of any recommendations or strategies provided; or (d) that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. All results are dependent on numerous factors outside our control, including changes to AI platform algorithms, competitor actions, and your own implementation of recommendations. Past performance or report results do not guarantee future outcomes.

The visibility scores, citation counts, confidence levels, and other metrics presented in our reports are estimates generated by automated systems that analyze AI platform outputs at a specific point in time. These estimates are not official metrics published by any AI platform (including but not limited to OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity, or Microsoft). Our methodology involves sampling, simulation, and statistical inference, which inherently carries limitations. Confidence levels are displayed where applicable and should be interpreted as approximate indicators of reliability, not as guarantees of accuracy. You should not treat any metric in our reports as authoritative or as a substitute for your own research and analysis.

You agree not to, and not to permit others to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service through automated means without our prior written consent.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information to the Service.
• Share, resell, or redistribute reports or data from the Service to third parties without authorization.
• Use the Service to compete with us or to develop competing products or services.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account.

The Service, including all software, algorithms, text, graphics, user interface, reports, data compilations, and other content provided by GEO Visibility, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Service and receive reports for your internal business purposes only.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in or to our intellectual property. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from our reports or any part of the Service without our express written permission, except as necessary for your own internal business use.

The Service may integrate with or rely upon third-party services, including but not limited to AI platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Perplexity), data providers, payment processors (Alipay, WorldFirst), email delivery services (Resend), and infrastructure providers (Supabase). We do not control these third-party services and are not responsible for their availability, security, or performance. Your use of such third-party services may be subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We disclaim all liability arising from or related to any third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall GEO Visibility, its officers, directors, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business opportunity, or cost of procurement of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so the above limitations may not apply to you. In such cases, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GEO Visibility, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or regulation; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right. We reserve the right, at our own expense, to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by you, in which event you will cooperate with us in asserting any available defenses.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law — shall survive any termination of these Terms.

If you wish to terminate your account, you may do so by contacting us through the Platform or at the email address provided below. Termination of your account does not relieve you of any payment obligations incurred prior to termination. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by our Refund Policy.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to them, their formation, interpretation, breach, or enforcement, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform, and your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of material changes, such as by email or through the Platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.
